How does We Are The Ripple help others?
We are a for-profit company that donates to our Cleveland, Ohio-based non-profit partner, Drink Local. Drink Tap., which works with an NGO in Uganda to identify and support the building of water projects for communities in need of clean water. By raising funds through WATR product sales, we directly donate to our non-profit partner, who works with contractors and communities to create sustainable projects that impact communities for years to come.

Can I customize bottles?
Absolutely, you can! We can customize or personalize any bottle, from small batches to huge orders. Pricing will vary based on quantities. For more information on large orders, see more on our Group Sales page. Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page on the website with any inquiries.
How long does it take to receive my bottle?
It will typically only take 3–7 days to receive your bottle. As soon as we receive your order, we will begin processing it and have it on its way to you. It may take a little longer if we are working on customizing or personalizing your bottles.

- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- For your item be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

- If the return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are eligible for replacement for workmanship or quality reasons. Returns are not accepted on custom items for other reasons.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

St. Barnabas WELLness Project
Our school has been fundraising each year to bring clean water to countries in need. We started by raising money for Lifestraw Water filters in 2005. Subsequent years brought the opportunity to raise funds to build solar wells in southern Nigeria for the Ozioma Hope for Wellness Corp (non-profit) and Missionary Teresa Thomas. The Nordonia Hills Rotary Club assisted as well. During the 2020-21 school year, students discovered H20 for Life Schools when trying to get PURR water filters for Ms. Thomas. Students spearheaded a candy sale fundraiser and raised over $2,200. This project has become an annual tradition with over $7600 having been raised since 2017.
